BUILD THE BEST YOU
Begin with a FREE comprehensive fitness assessment to determine your current fitness level. Based on your performance, we will set up a custom program to help "revolushonize" your fitness level based on the goals we discussed. Your program will be set up to meet all five components of physical fitness. Your training will include both a monthly body composition analysis and an intense performance test to evaluate and compare your progress. We will also conduct a partner assisted neuromuscular stretching session at least once in your package based on your flexibility and range of motion.
